Terms & Conditions - the basics

Welcome to Vaultory (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and the Vaultory protocol, including the Creator Vault Token (“CTVT”) platform. By accessing or using any part of our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

 

 

1. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Vaultory’s services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

 

 

2. Acceptance of Risk

 

Interacting with blockchain networks, smart contracts, and digital tokens involves inherent risks, including technical failures, smart-contract vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, and market volatility. You acknowledge these risks and agree that you use Vaultory’s services at your own risk.

 

 

3. User Accounts and Wallets

 

  • To use Vaultory services you must connect a compatible Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare).

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys.

  • Vaultory will never ask for your private keys. We are not liable for any loss or theft of assets from your wallet.

 

 

4. Creator Vault Token (CTVT)

 

  • CTVT is a fixed-supply SPL utility token on Solana.

  • CTVT grants you the ability to mint Vault records or NFTs, trigger automated revenue splits, and participate in Vaultory DAO governance.

  • CTVT does not represent a security, investment contract, or financial instrument.

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Vaultory website are our property or used with permission.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

 

 

6. Prohibited Conduct

 

You agree not to:

 

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Vaultory protocol.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or Vault records.

  • Engage in any form of market manipulation, front-running, or other abusive behavior.

 

 

7. Fees and Payments

 

  • Vaultory may charge network fees (Solana transaction fees) and minimal protocol fees for certain operations (e.g., minting a Vault).

  • All fees are disclosed in our documentation prior to execution. You are responsible for paying any fees incurred by your transactions.

 

 

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

 

  • Vaultory services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

  • We are not responsible for losses arising from smart-contract bugs, network outages, or third-party integrations.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaultory and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

 

 

9. Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use Vaultory services immediately ceases.

 

 

10. Changes to Terms

 

Vaultory reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will post changes on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
